Speyside Glenrothes malts as the backbone of the blend to bring a fruity character enhanced by vanilla smoothness.

 

Blended under the supervision of our Master Blender, Stephen Woodcock, to maximise the flavours.

A strict selection of the casks for a rich aromatic palette

 

A majority of American Oak casks that brings out flavours of oak and vanilla as well as a smoother profile

 

A precise share of first fill ex-Sherry cask for subtle notes of dried fruits

A SPECIFIC MARRYING & FILTRATION PROCESS

The Whiskies are blended together in a 21-day marrying process

 

This long marrying will enable to filter the final blend at a relative high temperature (6°c)

 

CUTTY SARK will retain its delicate and fresh flavours by avoiding a harsh chill filtration
